- Strict Routine Adherence:
- Students must follow the daily routine strictly.
- Leave applications on loose pages will not be entertained.
- Half-Day Leave Policy:
- Half-day leave is not allowed.
- In case of emergency, leave may be granted for genuine reasons with a written request from an authorized signatory via the School Diary.
- Valid Leave Reasons:
- Serious illness
- Death of a close family member
- Natural calamity
- Marriage of real brother/sister, uncle, or aunt (paternal/maternal)
- Any other convincing reason approved by the school administration.
- No Leave During Exams:
- Leave during Weekly Tests, Oral Exams, or Final Examinations will not be granted, except in medical emergencies.
- Board-class students will have different leave criteria.
- Late Arrival or Absence:
- Students arriving late or remaining absent on the previous day must bring a signed note from an authorized signatory in the Leave Record Page of the School Diary.
- Habitual Absence Consequences:
- A student frequently absent without a valid reason or parental explanation may have their name removed from the school register.
- Parents/guardians will be notified in such cases.
- Long Absence & Re-Admission:
- If a student is absent for three consecutive days or more without prior information or permission, their name will be struck off from the rolls.
- Re-admission will be required, with applicable fees.
- Leaving School During Working Hours:
- Students are not allowed to leave during school hours without a Gate-Pass issued by the school authorities.
- Parental Responsibility:
- If a child remains absent for three consecutive days, the parent must accompany the child and meet the Principal before the student is allowed to resume classes.
- Best Interest of the Student:
- Avoid unnecessary leave during the academic term as it affects learning.
- Leave should be applied for only in serious and unavoidable situations.
